This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what data is processed when you use the goto.uz website (the “Site”) and why.

By using the Site you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Site has no registration, user accounts or payments. It does not ask for your name, phone number, email address or payment details.

1.2. This Policy applies to the Site only. Tickets are sold on the websites of partner ticketing services; once you go there, their terms and privacy policies apply.

2. What data is processed

2.1. When you visit the Site, technical data is sent automatically:

  • IP address;
  • cookie data;
  • browser and device information;
  • date and time of the visit;
  • addresses of the pages viewed and the referring source;
  • button clicks, including ticket and taxi buttons.

2.2. If you write to the support chat, the messages you send there are processed.

2.3. Saved events and Site settings are kept in your browser and are not sent to the server.

3. Purposes of processing

3.1. The data is used to:

  • run the Site and remember your settings;
  • keep visit statistics and improve the Site;
  • keep the Site secure and prevent abuse;
  • answer requests in the support chat.

4.1. The Site uses the Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica web analytics services. They set cookies and collect statistics on visits and on-page activity.

7.1. You have the right to know what data about you is processed, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to processing.

8.1. This Policy may be changed without separate notice. A new version applies from the moment it is published on the Site.
