Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the goto.uz website (the “Site”).
By using the Site you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
goto.uz is an informational what’s-on guide for Tashkent and Samarkand: listings of films, concerts, plays and other events. The Site does not sell tickets or take payments: tickets are sold by partner ticketing services, and the buy buttons lead to their websites.
Event information comes from partners and public sources and is updated regularly. Dates, times, prices and ticket availability may change; the final terms are those shown by the seller at the time of purchase. The Site is not responsible for inaccurate information, rescheduled or cancelled events, or the operation of third-party websites.
These Terms may be changed at any time without separate notice. A new version applies from the moment it is published on the Site.
1. Use of Site content
1.1. You may view the Site’s content for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to its pages.
1.2. Posters, stills, trailers, photos and event descriptions belong to their rights holders. The Site’s design, code and curated selections belong to goto.uz. Copying and distributing the Site’s content is allowed only with the rights holder’s consent and an active link to goto.uz.
2. Buying tickets
2.1. Buy buttons lead to the websites of partner ticketing services. Buying, paying for, refunding and exchanging tickets happens between you and the seller or organizer under their rules.
2.2. The Site is not a party to the purchase and is not responsible for the actions of sellers, organizers or other third-party services.
3. Rules for users
3.1. Users agree not to send through the Site, including the support chat, any content that breaks the law, contains threats, insults, calls to violence or hatred, or advertising without the Site administration’s consent.
3.2. Putting excessive load on the Site, bypassing technical limits or protection, and presenting the Site’s content as your own service are not allowed. Rules for search engine crawlers and AI assistants are in robots.txt and llms.txt.
4. Final provisions
4.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4.2. How visitors’ data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
